Radio Terms
- I am 18 or older, or my parent or guardian is submitting and agreeing for me.
- I made this recording, or I own it. I hold the rights to everything in it, including the beat, any samples and every voice on it.
- I give Toy City Lagos permission to play it on Toy City Radio and to use short clips of it to promote the station. This permission is non-exclusive: the recording stays mine and I can release it anywhere else.
- Toy City Radio does not pay to play submissions. If mine is played, I am credited by the name I give and I receive City Points. City Points are not money and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
- Toy City Lagos chooses what goes on air and when, and does not have to play what I send.
- I can ask for my recording to be taken off air at any time by email, and it will be removed within seven days.
- A recording that is not approved is deleted and never published.
- My name and email are used only to run the station and credit me, and are not sold or shared.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
